Steve Hill The One Man Blues Band w/ Dan Tait
When it comes to one-man bands, guitarist and singer extraordinaire Steve Hill has no limits. The truest definition of a one-man band; Hill performs standing up while singing and playing guitar, his feet playing bass drum, snare drum, hi-hats and with a drum stick fused to the head of his trusty guitar, any other percussion within reach.
Winner of 2015 Juno for Blues Album Of The Year along with 2015 Maple Blues Awards for Electric Act Of The Year, Guitarist of The Year, Recording/Producer Of The Year, and Entertainer of The Year, Steve Hill is an ambitious and raucous force to be reckoned with on the Canadian and international blues-rock scene. Don’t miss this incredible artist!
Dan Tait's one-man band is defined by his warm guitar lines, pulsing kicks, and his powerful soaring voice. His songs vary from driving folk & rock songs to ballads and blues. As a fold/rock musician, his sound is unique and all-his-own. His laid-back on-stage demeanor endears him to every audience he performs for, and will and will assuredly carry him deep into the Canadian music scene.
Dan has performed as a professional musician for 15 years all over Canada, touring as a performer, songwriter, and manager for many acts. He is now based in Kelowna, BC - but continues to release music and build tours across the country.

Alone i walk with Nicolas Rage
Alone I Walk with Nicolas Rage
Thursday Sept 26 at Fernandos Pub
Alone I walk ---- Hailing from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; Alone I Walk was born from the creative mind of Franky Courcelles. After brother Pascal Courcelles’ own band separated, he soon joined his brother Franky in what would become a soon to be iconic musical partnership.
Alone I Walk brings a wide range of energetic, hooky rhythms that are perfectly tied together with the strong and emotive vocal delivery by frontman François Courcelles that are tightly supported by Pascal for the impactful harmonies that they bring to their sound both live and on record. The brothers soon signed to Los Angeles based label Anchor Eighty Four Records during the winter of 2019. Traveling to Los Angeles shortly after, Alone I Walk tapped producer Johnny Liu (In Her Own Words, Movements, Slowtrip) to help elevate (an understatement) the demos they had written for their label debut EP due out later this year.
Nicolas Rage ---- Drums: Tim "Chocolate Stain" Wilson
Bass: Ray Ray "the chosen one" Treeze
Vox & Guitar: Jeremy "Chet" Mcleod
Lead Axe: Bernard "no one understands me" Sprenger

Nasti Weather & Mother Sun (Album Release)!
Double Feature Weather Report:
Nasti Weather //
is the fallen gospel gutter folk creation of East Vancouver's (formerly Kelowna's), Anastasia Schlechtleitner. They put on powerful, genuinely heartfelt live shows that manage to bridge the gap between a lively and deeply introspective performance. Nasti Weather is in the eye of the beholder but is consistently marked by uniquely haunting garage jazz vocal stylings and profound yet cheeky lyricism. Anastasia is deftly capable of drawing audiences close with a gentle croon, but don't be shocked if you're blown back by an underbelly howl. Keeping with her story as a creative collaborator, Nasti Weather draws together "The False Predictions" an ever changing cast of some of BC's most prolific and talented folk musicians, such as members of Red Haven, High Society & The Party on High Street. An up and coming sensation in the Canadian scene, the band is looking forward to their upcoming release of their Full Length album A Longing Wayside in the spring of 2019.

Secondhand Habit (Victoria)
Secondhand Habit is a high voltage rock band from Victoria BC. They have been compared to the likes of Nirvana, Faith No More, Mastodon, and Alice in Chains. With multiple Canadian Tours under their belt and highlights such as two showcase dates at CMW, a performance in Stanley Park at the Oasis Rock n Roll Marathon, and opening sets for acts such as Electric Six, Dead Quiet, We Hunt Buffalo & Daniel Wesley, Secondhand Habit has been able to rock audiences all over Canada. After successfully kickstarting their EP "From The Ashes", it was released on June 1st 2017 to much critical praise. It was followed up with the hard hitting blues fueled single "Bad Habit" exactly one year later on June 1st 2018. They continued performing through 2018 and released their newest grunge inspired single “Hey” on July 12th 2019. Armed with high energy riffs, wicked solos, killer drum beats and an unmistakable groove Secondhand Habit is ready to take on the world!!
Heavily influenced by hard rock from the 70s, 80s and 90s, Damsel is a high energy, performance driven rock band that is focused on fist pumping riffs and heart pounding beats that are sure to catch any crowds’ attention. Formed in 2018, Damsel spent their inaugural year making a name for themselves in bars and clubs in Vancouver and the surrounding area, seeing every show as an opportunity to improve musically and as performers. Their constant strive for improvement is evident with every show they play. Damsel’s sound is built on flashy guitar solos, catchy hooks and powerful vocals. Their songs are reminiscent of when rock shows were meant to be nothing but a good time, and their performances hammer this point home. Tasteful amounts of high kicks, hair flips, choreographed stage moves and crowd engagement ensure that the emphasis is on a fun show that anyone will be sure to talk about for weeks to come.

Halloween with Shred Kelly @Fernandos Pub
Thursday October 31st SHRED KELLY - 10th Anniversary Tour
Fernandos Pub Kelowna, BC
Soaked in electric crescendos and folk tinged sing-along anthems, Shred Kelly is known for their high energy live show that ignites dance floors with their alternative folk sound. Over three albums and countless tours, the five British Columbians have developed their signature sound by taking inspiration from the mountains they hail from and the people who inhabit them. Shred Kelly has seamlessly fused traditional instrumentation with modern rock, presenting a sound that is both unique and compelling.
Shred Kelly has produced their most ambitious project yet with their fourth album Archipelago. The collaborative song writing of Tim Newton, Sage McBride, Jordan Vlasschaert, and Ty West have pulled inspiration through individual experiences and musical influences. The result is a dynamic and cohesive collection of dreamy, yet explosively exciting songs dipped in themes of relationships and the world in the modern age. Using traditional instrumentation at the base of the songwriting, the album explodes into a symphony of sounds incorporating banjos, ukuleles, synthesizers, guitar hooks, harmonies and pulsing beats.
Their high-energy sound has allowed them to perform at many Canadian and international festivals, such as: NXNE, Reeperbahn, Winnipeg Folk Festival, Breakout West, Riverfest Elora, Ottawa Blues Fest, Shambhala, Evolve, Tall Tree Music Festival, Keloha and Salmon Arm Roots and Blues Festival.
The group has also achieved a growing list of awards and recognition; five Kootenay Music Awards, one Western Canadian Music Award, over one million spotify plays, CBC recognition and media attention in Canada, USA, and Germany.
On the new album Archipelago (Shred Kellys) energy is captured and this alone is an achievement. This quintet is playing blissfully, sky-high jubilation and enthusiastic folk rock (Rolling Stone Magazine, DE)
(Archipelago) is a very relatable album that you will have on repeat for weeks. (CHSR FM)
Their shows are joyous celebrations of life that will only reaffirm most of the things you love about music. (Rice and Bread Magazine)
Terra Lightfoot with Sam Weber at Fernando's Pub
with Sam Weber
Wednesday, November 6
Fernando's Pub (279 Bernard Ave - Kelowna, BC)
Whether you're talking about her as a songwriter, guitarist or vocalist, one thing is indisputable: roots rocker Terra Lightfoot is a ferocious talent. Her songs tap into the raw emotion of hearts supercharged by love, loneliness and temptation. Her playing melds expert finger-picking and distorted, hook-heavy melodies. And her elemental voice commands attention and awe, whether on slow-burning soul ballads or hard-charging rock numbers.
Terra released her self-titled debut album in 2011; its critically acclaimed follow-up, 2015's Every Time My Mind Runs Wild, marked the artist's arrival as a striking songwriter and compelling live performer. 2017 brought two new albums: the orchestral collaboration Live in Concert and her third studio album, New Mistakes, the latter nominated for Adult Alternative Album of the Year at the 2018 JUNO Awards and long-listed for the Polaris Music Prize.
With New Mistakes, Canada's Terra Lightfoot offers up something rare: the kind of genuine document that can only come from a road-tested breed of songwriter and performer. Shot through with the guitarist-vocalist's powerful, bluesy soul, vivid lyrics and ferocious six-string virtuosity, it's an unforgettable outing - one that has won praise from the likes of No Depression, Pop Matters, Guitar Player, Twangville, The Boot and CBC Music.
Praise for Terra Lightfoot:
"Canada's Terra Lightfoot has a huge voice and a big and gutsy guitar tone to match. The powerful double-barreled musical attack makes her latest album simultaneously alluring and exciting." - Guitar Player
"Lightfoot's most accomplished music yet" - PopMatters
"Ms. Lightfoot's voice is a dominant as ever, straddling Memphis soul and urban blues with ease" - No Depression
"A Canadian songwriting legend in the making" - CBC Music
